We are excited to announce a comprehensive training initiative that aims to equip your aged care service with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the new Aged Care Act (Exposure Draft) and the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
2024 is set to be another year of change with the new Act and Standards to commence July 2024. We recommend keeping up to date with these changes to ensure you are ready to be compliant with legislative requirements and industry standards.
The training sessions will focus on the key provisions of the new Aged Care Act (Exposure Draft), providing a detailed understanding of the proposed changes and their implications for your service. Our consultants will guide participants through the major changes to the Aged Care Act and foster a proactive approach to compliance and governance.
We will explore the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, emphasising the importance of new terminology and changes that will need to be reflected in organisational practices. In our Train the Trainer Program we will examine each standard, with participants gaining insights into the impact on practices in aged care. Through interactive sessions, case studies, and practical scenarios, we aim to empower your educators, Executive Team or Board with the knowledge and tools needed to understand this evolving regulatory landscape.
